In 1980, I had just left my job as Press and Publicity Manager with Capitol Records-EMI of Canada and had been in the occult since 1971 after my brother died. I turned on the TV one day and saw one of those dreaded “religious” programs so I turned the dial. But, as we had just moved to the country and received only three stations with our “rabbit ears” I finally watched with interest as Danny Peek (ex-America) sang “All Things Are Possible” on The 700 Club and then shared his testimony. Then Pat Robertson and Ben Kinchlow began a series on “Prophesy.” As an aspiring “medium” I was extremely interested. But, they shared from a book that I thought was too difficult to read let alone understand….. The Bible. Thanks Pat, Ben and Danny Peek for being faithful men of God…. He Laid His Hand On Me just before Easter 1980 and I’ve never once regretted asking Jesus to take over my life!
